The Texas Oilman's Bass Invitational is a premier nonprofit charity bass fishing tournament held each March at Toledo Bend for participants whose annual or retirement income is directly derived from being employed or engaged in the exploration production and/or servicing of oil and gas wells. The tournament was founded in 1990 and has donated approximately $2.3 million to the Renal Unit of Texas Children's Hospital since that time.
