This festival celebrates the period in western Louisiana's history when, in 1806, this region was declared a "neutral ground" pending settlement of a dispute between Spain and the U.S. as to the location of the western boundary of the Louisiana Purchase. Activities include old fashion shootouts, live music, a parade, treasure hunt, a street dance, vendors & more!
